Rate of play : 36 moves in 75 minutes, plus 15 minutes to finish.  If first game is drawn, colours will be reversed and a second game played at time control "all moves in 30 minutes."  If this game is drawn, colours are reversed again and game played at all moves in 20 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 5 minutes until a winner is found.
